The business is driven by our directors, collectively they have combined experience in excessive of 100 years operating in the building industry. They are involved in the business development, project management and administration of the company. The management team proactively identify changes in the business environment. Review work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.
Our people are crucial in the delivery of our services and solutions to our clients. In order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skills, knowledge and attitude, a comprehensive training programme is put in place to constantly upgrade our people in technical & management skills. We believe in providing the right training, accredited certification for our people in order for them to execute their duties and responsibilities confidently.
Established in 2000, initially as Hedderman Stanley & Associates, MDCS has grown to provide a multi-disciplinary service supported by a team of specialists Quantity Surveyors & experienced construction professionals. We have a diverse client base of both private individuals and large multi-national companies with whom we are pleased to maintain long standing working relationships.
With over 30+ years’ experience working in turn as a Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager and Company Director in the construction industry in Ireland, U.K., U.S. & the Middle East.
Paul has a background in Professional Practice, Construction Management and Contracting and has worked on a wide variety of projects including Industrial, Commercial and Residential.
Paul as a member of the SCSI, RICS & CIOB has a proven track record in providing bespoke Project Controls Services to large Multi-National Corporations.
With 30+years’ experience within the construction industry in Ireland, UK, Europe and the Middle East operating as a Project Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager and Project Manager.
Eamonn has a proven record in delivering quality professional services in construction management and project controls across a wide variety of construction projects including Semiconductor, Refinery, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Industrial and Residential.
